Web site design that gets results!

In designing your Web site, we first want to clearly understand your goals and objectives. Which Web sites appeal to you? What type of look and feel best represents what you're all about? We'll ask you for examples of sites that you think are just plain terrific, and try to determine what you like about them. Then we get into the nitty-gritty: learning about what kinds of functions you want your site visitors to be able to complete online, learning about your target market, and understanding where (and how) your site helps you drive revenue. Because we understand design and technology, we can assess your answers, then ensure that our design employs the best technology solutions at the back end.

After getting an idea about what makes you tick - and where you want your visitors to click - we will roll up our sleeves and start designing. Usually, you can expect to see the first set of designs within two weeks from the start of the project. We will give you two unique designs to contemplate (and we hope this will be a difficult decision to make!).

Once you have determined your preferred design, we will make any modifications that you request, and fine-tune the design in any way needed. Of course, we will work with you until you are completely happy with your site.

Because we have been designing high-end Web sites for 10 years, we have a complete, end-to-end understanding of the process, including cross-platform and cross-browser design concerns such as Web-safe colors and cross-platform fonts. Also, we know how to design to inspire the user behavior you want to elicit.

When creating your Web site, we take information design to heart as much as graphic design. And just as in life, we know that on the Internet, you only have one chance to make a first impression. Naturally, we want to make sure it's the best one. Therefore, we design with a practical, clear approach, setting up your site for easy navigation and usability.

Our job is to do the thinking up front, so that your visitors don't have to.
